GG ~ I agree with you. I need a job. That is part of what I was doing while down there too. And made some stops on my way back. It is just a long drawn out thing these days. It would be nice to be down there. Especially with the weather forecast now. It will been in the single digits this weekend. Brrrrrr !!!!

It's winter here. I fear it will be a very long time before I sniff a flower again. But then, I'm particular about the flower I like to sniff.

Hello and Good Morning to everyone...

Just popping in to say hello and see what everyone has been up to... I'm glad to see that everyone survived the holidays and that the new year is being good to you all...

My holidays were good... Time spent with my little angels is always good... LAW's Unit is ready to deploy in about 2 weeks time so we have been spending any time that we have together before he has to leave...

I may have gotten lucky and find a job... Had 2 interviews and they even sent me for a drug test... Of course I was on the phone with my niece discussing the all important winter formal she will be attending and didn't answer the call waiting yesterday. So I will have to wait until Monday morning to find out if they are calling to offer me the job or just to let me know that I don't get it...

Such is my life I guess...

Dawn- what can I say? I was ever foolish and never careful. The Sirens call will always lure me to the rocks. I'm a very slow learner. Wishing me to take care is as much a wasted emotion as the jealousy I mentioned above.

GG and Wolf... It is nice to see someone else that is up and moving today... I think sometimes that I am the only person that does anything before noon on the weekend... And it is hard as hell to find anyone to have coffee with these days...

I can tell from this and other posts that you are in rare form today... I hope this means that things are looking better for you...

I remember when I used to get out of bed and have time to myself for coffee and silence before I had to start my day... These days if I want that I have to get out of bed before 5am... Or I have to share the coffee with LAW and listen to the clomp of combat boots on my hard wood floors...

Ahhh well... Atleast my angels slept in a little later than usual today... Gave me atleast a few minutes of alone time before I had to become human
