Eiji stood silent, pain flowing greatly through his right hand. It will not stop bleeding... He quickly ripped off an piece of his shirt and was about to wrap it around his hand. But when he saw Cerbie hurt, he decided that it would be more worth it for him. He slowly limped torwards his four legged buddy, and knelt down in front of him. "Cerbie, Cerbie are you okay?"

"My leg... I can't move it, I think its Broken..." Eiji moved his head to the side to see how badly Cerbie is hurt "Its not broken, it looks like you just need to keep the cut clean." Eiji taken the ripped fabrick and wrapped it around Cerbie, "Try standing now."

Cerbie looked at Eiji confused "Are you nuts? what if it is broken?" Eiji chuckled a bit "Aw quit being a baby! Now get up, I may not be king on healing magic, but I know about first aid enough to save myself!" Cerbie just stared at Eiji for an moment "All right, all right!" Cerbie said knowing beating Eiji was impossible. He slowly stood up, flinching a bit due to the sore leg

"See? what I tell ya!" Eiji stood up and looked at his sister. "Mai, are you okay?" Mai only nodded, and Eiji noticed that she was an bit shaken. She doesn't know how to fight... I would be afraid too.

The Three

Lee: I walked over to Momiji to see if she was fine. her arm didn't look broken but I did keep a safe distance away. She seemed to still like Touji. If that is what would make her happy then I will let her have him. After all she just needs to be happy, thats enough for me.

I turned my head and looked at the wall. We should move before something else attacks us. I made my uneassy rest and seethed the sword.

Rikku: "Good thing I brought the healing statue." I pulled out the same encahnted object from after the tournament. "I said the words to activate it and nothing happened." I closed my eyes and tried to feel what was wrong. "Tetsuya has put up a barrier against healing fields in here. I think normal healing will still work though."

I can heal all there wounds. "Okay come here and form a line if you hurt. I can heal you all manully." I sure hope I can any ways. Yea I should be able to.

K-Tetsuya: "Her little healing box won't help her. The barrier I have is made to block the type of mana that enchant uses. I wonder what she'll do when she relises her own healing powers won't restore till she leaves this place." I turn and walk down the hall. "Now that I see what they are capable of I better perfect my weapon against it."

Milo trudged through the cave, back tracking where he originaly awaken by looking at the dripping blood trails. He once again dropped to his knees as his weakened body once again tried to give in to sleep. "No... not yet!" Was the only thing he said as he got up and trailed off.

Eiji walked up to Mai and put his hand on her shoulder, "Mai, really, are you okay?" Eiji said in an extreamly worried tone.

"I-I'm fine Eiji, really."

No, something is not right... she's still shivering... Eiji thought to himself as he slightly tightened his grip on his sister for an split second, then let go. "Okay Mai...." Eiji muttered still extreamly worried.

'Yes... and it seems he is planning much worst things than before'

"So now what? I can't go down there! That mutt Will tear me to shreads if I try to enter his bodie again!"

"But he doesn't have enough sprit energy!"

Momiji and Touji supported Tetsuru as the reddish-haired girl looked worriedly at Yoshiro, who had just managed to struggle to his feet. He stood, and both seemed to open their mouth at the same time, apparently to ask if the other was alright. They then closed their mouths, opened them again, closed them again, and smirked.

"I'm just tired," Tetsuru finally said.

"I'm built for this," grumbled Yoshiro. "I'll be fine. It'll take more than being tossed into a wall by a giant stone monster to take care of me..."

"Lea, take care of him," Tetsuru said softly, smiling at Rikku.

"N-Nonsense," said Yoshiro, blushing slightly. "Hmph. I don't need any hel--umph!" He nearly doubled over as he tried to approach Tetsuru. "M-My rib..."

Tetsuru opened her eyes wide. "Lea! Heal him, please. Don't let him fool you." Seeing that she was already preparing to help him, Tetsuru turned to Eiji. "Here, Eiji-chan, let me help you with that hand..."

She took his hand gently and murmured something under her breath for a few moments. Eiji let his mental guards down, and suddenly he felt incredibly relaxed. He sat down involuntarily as his relaxed legs gave way, and looking down, he realized that though the cut was still there, he wasn't bleeding, for some reason...

"Your body is restoring itself as your emotions have reached a stable point," Tetsuru said quietly, smiling at Eiji. "All I've really done is guide you into an ultimate healing trance. It's amazing what mind over matter can do..."

She cupped her hand under Eiji's chin, lifting his head to look into his eyes as she bent over him, quite happy to fuss over him. "Do you need anything else?" she asked quietly. Had Eiji been a less honorable boy, he probably would've taken the time to look down her blouse as she bent over. But he wouldn't do that. Oh, no.

Touji smiled gently at Tetsuru's ministrations over Eiji and turned to his little brother. "Yamanaka, are you alright?"

"Yes, brother," said Yamanaka, though he looked pale. "I just exerted myself..." He turned to Mai, furrowing his brow. "Hey, Mai... is anything wrong?" He moved closer. "Nobody got you, did they?"

Man, I'd hate to have blown it and let one of them get her! I was hoping this would be a good way to score brownie points!

Well, that and I would've done it for anybody. But still... bonus! Heh!

Touji turned back to Momiji. "Momiji... you?"

"Fine," she said quietly, smiling gently.

Eiji blushed slightly and smiled faintly "No, thank you Tetsuru." He said as he leaned his back against the wall and pulled him self up. He realy hated to be noble and not look down at Tetsuru's shirt, but he held his urges. He was much more worried about Mai than himself.

Cerbie looked at Mai. She'll be fine... Its probaly her first time seeing an real battle field in the front row.

Rikku and K-Tetsuya

Rikku: I quite simply went over to Yoshiro and placed my hands on his chest. "Dose thsi hurt?" I shoved my hands down hard trying to find the broken bone. He bit down on his teeth and I was pretty sure I saw him begin to tear up. 'No. Not at all.'

I closed my eyes have knowedge of were the bone was. I concetrated and mended the bone manaully. Healing was always my strongest power but still I'm so used to useing enchants now, in a strange sense I miss being able to do this. I opened my eyes and Yoshiro's bones were completely healed. Such a sestive soul, he is perfect for Lea.

K-Tetsuya: I stared into the mist. It's not far til they reach me. But at the rate there going I'll be dead again before they get here. Prehaps a bit of a motivational force will help. "Now were was that trap made into the cave?" I began to look around useing the mist. "Oh here we go." I departed in a teleportation and arived in a chamber deep with in the cave.

"The trap will simply herd them towards my lair at the caves heart." I pulled a swicth and telported back to the few rooms at the caves heart. I used the mist ocne more and saw the first signs that the trap was working. Pure magical energy powered from the caves heart, the center of all it's magical force everything that the cave was capable of was powered from with in this center of magic. A wave of power formed behind them. Slowly moveing forward inches at a time.

Yelled to them threw the power of maigc. "Milo and I are tired of waiting. I would so hate to see something happen to him. So I took a few precations to see that you get here soon. That wall will slowly force you to me. I wouldn't touch it though it's bit hot and might prove quite painful until the skin that touched it falls off anyways."

"Shit..." Eiji muttered as he slowly backed away from the wall, "He's just eager to get us there isn't he?!"

This is no time for sarcasim!" Cerbie said growling.

"Who said I was being sarcastic?!" Eiji reached his hand out for an second just to see how hot the wall was, but his hand couldn't even get close to it. his hand quickly drew back when it felt extream heat. "Damn!"

"We might as well keep going"

"Yeah..." Eiji taken Mai's hand for an brief moment. "Come on Mai, lets find Milo"

Yoshiro merely raised an eyebrow, though not before he managed to break down his pride enough to show a handsome smile at Rikku in thanks for her healing. "Who cares?" he rumbled. "We're going to see him anyway, aren't we? We'll just avoid what encounters he has planned anyway. If he's trying to increase the stress, don't worry about it, or he'll win." He turned deeper into the caves, even as the wave of heat creeped forward.

"Heh," he grunted darkly. "Let's get a move on."

Tetsuru nodded and smiled at Eiji softly. "Come on, Eiji... let's get as far ahead of that thing as we can..."

Yamanaka grimaced as Touji helped him to his feet. "I d-don't need any help," he muttered.

"You're tired," hissed Touji. "Don't fake it."

Sighing, Yamanaka nodded, and let his brother support him as they all began to move down the tunnel.

Milo blindedly walked through the now thick mist "He's playing with me... He just toying around, just to raise my temper!" Milo grunted as he stoped for an moment to catch his breath. He then began to move again, but as soon as he taken two or three steps, he fell through some sort of an hole, and landed on the hard ground below him. "Son of a... You..."

Rikku Lee and K-tetsuya

Rikku: I let go of Yoshiros chest. He smiled at me and it made me uncomforable he had no clue who I really was. I stood up and became ready to move myself.

Lee: A wall of fire lit up from were we came. "Thats so not good." I began to back away towards the next door. 'Milo and I are tired of waiting. I would so hate to see something happen to him. So I took a few precations to see that you get here soon. That wall will slowly force you to me. I wouldn't touch it though it's bit hot and might prove quite painful until the skin that touched it falls off anyways.'

"I say we get going then." I mad sure every one was up and fallowed them out. I hope he dosen't have anything left to delay us.

K-Tetsuya: I have no more tricks for the way here. They will get to me soon enough. I simply walked threw a door into a chamber there path will lead. The first room leading to the caves heart.

"Here I will wait for my revenge." Threw a opening to a lower level I could see Milo still lost. On one wall I had a cystral cross just like the two in the tower the second one was on the other wall. "This will be fun."

Milo looked up and glared at Tetsuya. "You... You son of a bitch! What the hell do you want from me?!" Milo tried an blast torwards Tetsuya, but it faded quickly. "I know who you are.... Katala!"

Katala

IC: I walked over to the pit. "Milo my old freind I had no doubts you'd know who I was." I smile "it's your new freinds that don't know who I am." I turned my back to Milo and walked away. "Milo they will be here soon enough and thats when the true fun begins. I wouldn't waste your energy while your down there either. You may regret it very soon."

Eiji kept walking through the thick mist "Man, its so thick... We better be careful where we walk okaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa-" Wham! Eiji suddenly fell through an trap and fellt all the way down the hole, so did the others "Ow... What the hell just happened?"

The group fell down the pit and landed heavily in a pile. Eiji tried to stand but he felt a body land on him heavily, crushing him back into the ground. A VERY large body.

"Ow," muttered Yoshiro. "At least something broke my fall."

"Yeah," winced Tetsuru. "Something broke my fall, too." She glanced down, trying to make out what was beneath her, and then flushed in embarassment. "Oh! Yamanaka! I'm so sorry!"

Touji sighed, standing up and pulling a woozy Momiji to her feet. "Where are we? What is this place?"

"Get... Off!" Eiji muttered as he struggled to escape from Yoshiro's weight" He finnaly sliped away from the stubborn red-head and stood up, "Well, I'm surprized that none of my ribs are broken!" Eiji said as brushed himself off. He then heard an faint vooice growing, which ment somebody else was falling. He held out his arms and caught his little sister in his arms. "Where Cerbie"

"Yipe Yipe Yipe!" Eiji quickly put Mai down carefully and tried to get out of the way so he wouldn't get smashed into by the two headed dog, but it was too late, Cerberus crashed right into poor Eiji, sending them both to the ground.

Rikku, Lee, and the other guy.

Rikku: I find myseklf walking in the subtle darkness of a room. MY eyes are pretty well adjusted being part cat. I felt a bit of ground give way under my feet. I looked down at the ground, to find I had steped on a switch. "Crap." The ground gave way to a trap door and I slide down a chute. I fell out the side and landed on my feet then jumped out of the way as the others piled on the floor.

Lee: I was slideing down a chute. "Crap." Wait a minute I can fly right? I used my power to stop my desent. I slwoly landed just past the others. I stared at Eiji he was udner his dog. "Eiji your so noble, here I thought you forgot you could fly."

K-Tesuya: "So your all here? I was geting tired of waiting for you, I've never been pateint, when it comes to revenge." I getured up to a round globe atached to the ceiling. Two gaint stone figures one male and one female held it in the air. "I would like to point out your death."

I snap my fingures and the two staues came to life. "I made a small precation two these two. Your girl can not useing her de-enchating on this one like she did to my iron golem. I hope you enjoy them it took me the better part of the school year to enchant them."

"Shut up Anno, just, shut up." Eiji said pushing Cerberus off "Thats it! No more steaks for you buddy!"

"So your all here? I was geting tired of waiting for you, I've never been pateint, when it comes to revenge."

Eiji stood up, and stared right into Tetsuya's eyes "Who the hell are you?"

"I would like to point out your death." Tetsuya snaped his fingures and the two staues above came to life. "I made a small precation to these two. Your girl can not use her de-enchating spell on these like she did to my iron golem. I hope you enjoy them it took me the better part of the school year to enchant them."

"Oh just great... We'll just have to take these two down, shouldn't be too hard eh?" Eiji said, slightly trembling

"This is no time for sarcasim..."

"Hey, you have your way t okeep your cool, and I have mine!" Eiji said, not taking his eyes off the two huge rock beast.

Lee Anno

IC: 'Well I guess well just have to take these two down. SHouldn't be that hard.' I looked at the statues then at our group. "I think we can fly up there. Isn't there a rule that if you kill the sommuner the enchanted also fall?"

"Yeah, just one problem. Tetsuya couldn't summon for shit! This is completely sombody else, and we don't know how strong he is!" Eiji said rather anoyed "So we have no choice but to throw that idea in the trash for now!" Eiji quickly drew his sword "I don't think we have any choice but to fight!" Eiji looked around the setting for an moment "Not much room though..."

Before Eiji could plan an attack, one of the beast tried to smash Eiji into the ground, but he quickly jumped out of the way and rolled to regain his balance "Shit! They don't seem to like waiting do they?" Eiji quickly got up and shot an basic fireball at the golem, of course, it being so big, it didn't realy have much of an effect. All it realy did was piss the golem off "I'll take care of this one! You guys take her down!" I'll just stall with this one. taking one down at a time is the whole plan, if these two work together, we're in BIG trouble!

Tetsuru grimaced and got to her feet.

"Errgh, I don't think I can handle enough soul-and-artifact seperation as it is. Especially not against enemies this big. That spell was spontaneous... I'll have to perfect it..."

She shook her head slightly and slumped.

"Okay, I'll do my best..."

She stepped forward against the approaching female statue.

"ROLL KNEE!"

Tetsuru snapped forward into a roll and then lanced forward with a ki burst, slamming into the statue. The statue's stone feet ground against the floor as it slid back slightly, and Tetsuru flipped backwards, landed softly, and charged into another technique.

"VENUS LANCE!"

Cocking her arm at the elbow and forming a knifehand, she dove forward and slammed into the stone body again, cracking the statue at the torso. However, instead of reeling back, the statue continued forward, and Tetsuru was struck heavily by the stone statue. Crying out, she fell to the ground, and as she struggled to her feet, she didn't see the stone foot decend over her...

"MARS ROCKET!"

Bam! The statue spun away, and the sole of the statue's upraised foot crumbled from the force of the blow. Yoshiro gathered up Tetsuru and jumped away, and the statue attempted to stand normally, but its crumbled foot caused it to lean slightly to the side, unbalancing it.

"Touji!" cried Yoshiro. "Help out!"

"I need to make sure Yamanaka's alright!" called Touji, as he leaned down over his little brother. "Hey, Yamanaka," he whispered, "you okay?"

"Umm," murmured Yamanaka.

"Where does it hurt?"

"So... soft..."

"...wha?"

"She... fell on me... face first... eeheehehee..."

Touji slapped his forehead.

Eiji lunged at the golem and struk it in the face, but it was no effect, it only made the rock beast even more angry. Eiji relised this after his face felt the crushing force made by the golem's gigantic fist. "Arrgh!" Eiji body slammed into the ground, and smoke rose in the area he landed.

Not saying a word, Eiji stayed in the smoke waiting in the shadows "Come ya son of a..." Eiji suddenly felt and sudden pick up of wind, signaling that the golem was searching, and by the direction the wind was directing, it had the back turned to Eiji "Now! Tetsuo!" With an sudden disapere, reapere, one of the golem eyes was destroyed. "That oughta slow you down!"

 

[Jacobo_Curious]

Yoshiro leaned a winded Tetsuru next to the cave wall, and after making sure she was alright, he rushed back at the advancing female statue and, leaping forward, actually knocked it back a few paces with a powerful flying kick.

"Huh," he snorted, smirking, "you don't know who you're dealing with..."

He hunched over slightly as the statue mindlessly rampaged forward, and then he blazed with a sudden brightness.

"SEA PEARL DRAGON!"

Torrents of scalding water blasted again and again against the statue, grinding away at the stone and cracking the outer crust in several places, but the enchanted statue appeared to still function perfectly, except for its crumbled foot. Grimacing at his lack of success, Yoshiro tried to hone in on the damaged foot, and rushed forward, kicking and punching heavily at the body part, but having little success, as he continually had to dodge the dangerous attacks of the heavy statue.

"Yoshiro!" called Touji. "Withdraw and we'll both hit the damaged foot!"

Yoshiro leapt back, and the two boys stood silently next to each other, concentrating quietly, as the statue approached...

"MARS BROTHERS!"

One combined Mars Rocket and Mach Punch later, the statue's foot crumbled away at the ankle, the enchanted stone finally unable to withstand the damage. The statue wobbled, unbalanced, but still stood, and both Yoshiro and Touji slumped to their knees to catch their breath.

The statue attempted to regain its balance.

"HOUOU SHORYU!"

And failed.

Yamanaka's purple dragon slammed into the torso of the already unbalanced statue, causing no visible damage but sending the statue reeling, and then crashing into the cave wall. Chips of stone flew everywhere, and the statue began to stumble forward...

"VENGEANCE DASH!"

Momiji grimaced as she slammed into the statue's other foot, destroying it completely, as it had been severely damaged by hitting the wall. The statue slumped, and toppled, smashing its face into the cave floor. As it struggled to get to its feet (or rather, its ankles), the five warriors struggled to summon their energies once again.

Eiji quickly rolled out of the way as the giant beast attempted to smash his head into the wall, Again. "Well my one eye, no hit tatic has flew out the window... Power fist!" Eiji slamed his fist into the golems knee and jumped in the air. Making one front flip to gain speed and power withen his left leg area, Eiji slamed his leg down into and golem's head, making the head shatter a bit more. "Just a bit more..."

"Before Eiji could land, the golem thrusted its foot into Eiji, sending him into the wall, for once the golem had an advantage over Eiji's speed, and it was going to take full advantage over it as it raised its foot, and thrusted it into Eiji's area. as it ros its foot, it found Eiji was gone.

 

[Jacobo_Curious]

Yamanaka was on his feet first, having expended very little energy. Momiji dutifully got up as well, hoping to buy more time for Yoshiro and Touji to rest before they could engage in other string of techniques.

"SEIKEN KYOKU!"

Yamanaka's holy sword cleaved through the female statue's shoulder, lopping off its left arm and causing the stone chunk to shatter as it hit the ground.

"Wow," muttered Yamanaka, "my technique wasn't THAT strong..."

"The statue's internal structure has been damaged by our attacks," called Tetsuru, seeing Yamanaka's confusion. "We've dealt enough damage not only to have created a network of cracks throughout the statue, but we've also weakened the magic that strengthed the statue with our spiritual force."

"Then let's finish it!" called Momiji, snapping into her combat stance. She cupped her hands, concentrated, and then formed a pool of light instead. Thrusting her arms forward, she projected it outward in a short blast of light.

"ENERGY ARROW!"

The bolt of plasma shattered chunks off the statue's torso, but the animated creature didn't seem fazed.

"Huh," said Momiji, now worried. "What on earth?"

"They aren't easy to kill," added Tetsuru. "As animated beings, they really have no reason to stop moving no matter how badly we grind them into the dirt. We just have to hit them until the magic disperses."

"Oh, joy," sighed Momiji. "Lee, Lea! Help us out!"
