I never used to have them. It's a new development. And now that I have them, I drink so infrequently that I forget that if I overdo it I am going to be ill. So then I overdo it and get ill.

I'm having them a little more often as well these days. I think switching from red wine to something harder might be in order.

I think drinking one or two and then stopping is probably on my horizon.
