How do I get my AV pic smaller ??

I am new to this and just am able to use my AV and actually put up a picture, but everytime I try to use one from my computer it says it is too big. Can anyone tell me how to make it smaller? Thanks in advance!

go to downloads.com and search for a program called infranview, it's free. download it and use it to resize your gif's, or jpegs.

www.irfanview.com is a free image processer that makes resizing easy and has default compression settings that make most images fit the file-size limitations when you resize to the pixel limits.

However, most image processing programs -- Photoshop, Photodeluxe, PaintShop, MS Photo, etc -- can resize images to meet the 150 pixel X 150 pixel X 20480 bytes limits if you know how to use them to get the results you need.

The name is IrfanView, not infranview, BTW.

Go to the playground if you feel the need to neff you post count just to get an AV sexyspiders. Please don't fuck around in in the help forum and bump other good posts out of the way just so you can get an AV. There are plenty of threads in ther playground for that.
