Perfect quote!I could Not guess to its popularity. I think FLRs are common. Both in the open and behind the scenes and some with the man not even knowing. This reminds me of a great quote from a movie.
“The man may be the head of the household. But the woman is the neck, and she can turn the head whichever way she pleases.”
I love it - but more gentle femdom. I love the idea of the woman being completely in control, but pain, shame and derogatory talk don't do it for me. Gentle femdom though, oh, hell yeah.I recently wrote a story that has femdom themes and joined this website because I didn’t know what else to do with the story than post it online, however it hasn’t got much traction.
Is femdom popular or unpopular here?
I’m considering how that would effect potential future works.
Thanks Nancy. I'll take a look.If you enjoy Femdom that is based on a loving relationship, you might enjoy my stories about the Domme Club: https://literotica.com/s/the-domme-club
Years ago, before the internet, there were adult bookstores. To indulge my fantasies (long before I had the courage to come out to my wife and ask her to take charge of my orgasms) I used to stop by and buy some FemDom mags. There was an entire wall devoted to such titles as Dominant Mystique (my fav), Women in Command, Bizarre Times, etc. I doubt the percentage of men who need this is any greater. Perhaps the percentage of women who embrace it has grown. I think there have been plenty of us who need female authority for all time. Maybe our presence has not been as bold on Literotica as it might be elsewhere, but then, we submissives tend not to be bold.I think it’s getting more popular.
Popular enough among sub men, not really among women, and a good number of Domme women are professional dominatrixes being paid. I've definitely heard of some of them (including trans women) who are happy to top others naturally, but they're really tough to get. Most of those who I heard of got into paid work as it's very rare and very lucrative.
I've been chased around a bit as I have and still play the Domme role for people when I had time. I've written femdom stories which are popular enough, but most women (if they really are) commented on my stories on another site where the woman was dominated and used. It's almost always the sub guys who complimented my femdom stories and commissioned some of them, there are only one or two supposedly dominant women I remember liking or commenting on those.
