Hearing The Kinks' Sunny Afternoon on the radio in a bus for a school field trip (I remember the exact moment, when the bus was going over a bridge). I liked it so much that I asked my music savvy older sister about it, and she had the single and let me borrow it. I then became an avid, lifelong Kinks fan.
