Let me show you:

1.Right to an impartial jury:... to call you democrats impartial is as delusional as Nancy Pelosi being prayerful. LMAO... In a trial, when the outcome is predetermined by political differences it is not the definition of fair and impartial trial, and that goes for both sides of the isle. Impeachment articles based solely on party dominance minus violations of criminal statute. There is no statutory relevancy to any of the articles. There is absolutely no bipartisan agreement on the articles of impeachment which means that true guilt or innocence cannot be determined, all it is, is a posse where the most guns wins. Framers are rolling over in their graves. Nancy Pelosi is no Tip O'Neill, Se's made a mockery of the speakership and is a disgrace to the house.

2. The right to due process of law:... What Schiff, Nadler and Pelosi are engaged in is nothing short of a political Lynch Mob, kangaroo court. The dems have lowered the standards for impeachment to a political hit job. Now the senate is going to return the favor, again, decisions based on party dominance and not due process to determine guilt or innocence. The Dems pushed this sham to influence the electorate before the 2020 elections much the same as they did in the 2018 election using the Mueller report. They know it is a no win situation for them so they're resorting to political chicanery. Instead of working for the people they putting party first.

3. Right to confront/ call witnesses:... Schiff's conduct of depositions was more of a STAR CHAMBER then fair and legal depositions. The whistleblower was never interviewed by the republicans prior to the formulation of articles of impeachment, nothing I can let you see here per/order of Adam Schiff. Schiff lied to congress. Bring on the witnesses, Bolton, Schiff, Clinton, the Bidens, the Vindmand's, the whistleblower, Jovanovic, Atkinson and "GIULIANI" and blow the whole case wide open and let the chips fall where they may. Let see where Giuliani's letter takes this whole thing. Just proves the Dems were making allegations without evidence or probable cause.

4. Right to legal counsel:... Legal counsel should have been afforded during the process of impeachment and the formulation of the articles, Schiff and Nadler made sure the proper legal counsel was never made available. legal counsel will be available in the senate and the dems will be at the mercy of the same political warfare, bias and party tyranny they injected into the house proceedings.

Dr. Christine Blasey-Ford was certainly paid for HER testimony against Brett Kavanaugh, despite the whole thing failing to accomplish its ultimate goal of blocking his confirmation. Democrat supporters of the middle-aged woman with the little girl's voice raised more than $500,000 for her in a GoFundMe campaign aimed at covering her expenses and rewarding her for trying to help them (unsuccessfully) block President Trump's nominee to the high court.

The Democratic Party has also spent a LOT of taxpayer money in its failed efforts to bring down the Trump presidency, first with the $30-million Mueller investigation, followed by this whole clown-show of an impeachment! The U.S. Senate will have the FINAL SAY, however, and how the American taxpayers will respond to President Trump's being vindicated remains to be seen!
