All we have to do is pic a time and a place and go to all the threads and post it......and that is all.....i heard they did just that for other states....

Been thinking of places, but non have reached out and grabbed me. Somewhere on the west side, maybe north of the airport?

I assume the number of attendees can be counted on the fingers of two hands, food needs to be served, and absolute privacy is not required, i.e. we could just all set together at a few tables pushed together on one side of a room, since this is a social setting (like a munch).

Should alcohol be available?

Around what time? Mid afternoon?
