No way! I'm pretty sure Rick and the boys still reside in Rockford, or at least they'd like us to think they do. I went down to the Waterfront fest this year to see them play. Sept 1st I think it was.

Anything happening down there? We got plenty of clubs and happenings up in the big naked city.

Oh I guess it's possible that they live around here. The DJs are saying otherwise though. Who knows? Regardless, I've never seen them.

Harrison & Alpine? That's only two miles from my house. Only the Eagles is a Hilander now.

I've been wondering the same damn thing about Harrison for the past five years. They seem to be working on every other street in the city, but ignoring Harrison.

Central Illinois here. I'm about 20 minutes from Peoria. It's a little town called Chillicothe. Everyone is right. Illinois threads tend to die off in this place. I DO hope you can keep tthis one going, we need it....

I guess that I should chime in here too. I'm an hour west of the Chicago burbs in the city of Rockford. I don't think there's very many Lit members from the Rockford area. I do get to the Quad cities and to the Peoria area quite a bit on business if any ladies from those regions would like to talk.

My husband had family in Rockford for a while, we used to go there at Xmas! I'm from the QC myself.
