Kbaby addition!

Thank you, one and all.

I am too tired for deep thought, but I appreciate the congratulations. Sarah and "sbaby" (Thomas), barring any complications, will come home tomorrow afternoon and we will begin our new life as a family of four. I cannot wait.

A small update:

Thomas Kieran (our newborn) became quite ill and had to go the hospital, croup, an allergy or an infection - we still do not know. Everyone gave blood for immunology tests and such and we are waiting for the result. He is stable, but remains in the sterile room until the test results are returned and we know what is making (or made) him ill.

My daughter was in the ICU for seven weeks after she was born. I'm so sorry to hear this, and I can only imagine what you're going through. All the prayers and hope of the ephemeral, and if you need or want anyone to talk to, my ear and virtual hugs.

News!

It was a bacterial thing with Sarah that caused him to reject her milk. Simple solution, I'll nurse him while she is on the anti-biotic for 7 days. He got his anti-biotic by a shot and will be home by tomorrow.

This is Yay!
