I can't do the multiple-o thing, probably because my hormones are a bit screwed up, but I pretty much always get an o, so I'm happy with that. I figure it must work for me basically like it does for men - if I really want a second o I have to let my body cooldown and reset for 15min-1hour first.

Actually - I have only orgasm-ed once from Oral. I really really enjoy it - I just can't seem to fully let go for some reason.

Multiple orgasms? More than one in one session? Never. I've had two orgasms within 30 minutes a few times, but had to stop for a while in between. This was never with a partner by the way. I can cum very easily. I'm epileptic and have something of a fucked up central nervous system (karma IMHO). The more frequently I cum though, the less satisfying it is. Sometimes it really is the case where I wish I could cum less often and Master has been known to use it as a form of torture.

Ideally, I'd say one O every 15-30 mins. More frequently is less satisfying and when it gets down to 5min or less between Os it can be painful.
