Leather and Lace

Juli slipped into the bed with Keri and just wraped her arms around Keri tightly. "Yes she is fragile it makes me wonder just what happened to her."


Kallie continued to hold Katelyn's hand. "Yes I'll try that after Jen gets here."

 

[DustyWolfe]

Keri sighs softly as Juli climbs into the bed and wraps her arms around her. She leans a bit and lays her head against Juli, softly relaxing against her the best she can with all of her stitches. She yawns again, not realizing how much sleep she had lost over the last few weeks till this very moment. She turns her head and kisses Juli's cheek "I love you dear."

Katelyn's heart beat picks up for a few seconds at Keri's words even though they were not for her.

Juli kissed the top of Keri's head. "I love you my Keri forever and always."


Kallie notices Katelyn's heart rate go up at the I love you but knows she best not say it yet because saying it know would be too soon. "Oh Katie you need to come back to us."

 

[DustyWolfe]

Keri sighs happily, opening her eyes and listening to Kallie. "Kallie, she will make it. I know she will. She has too many pulling for her." Keri places her hands ontop of Juli's, holding onto them tightly and wincing a bit at the pain in her body, though she says nothing.

Juli kissed the top of Keri's head again just holding her tight. "Yes she will."

Kallie just squeezed Katelyn's hand softly.

Keri relaxes in Juli's embrace, so very happy to be close to her love. She holds onto Katelyn's arm gently, not wanting to let go of her just yet. She remains like this for several hours, snoozing on and off, checking her watch occassionally and sighing as 6:30 rolls around, knowing she is missing work, preferring day shifts over night.

Katelyn continues to hang on throughout the night.

Juli dozed on and off while Keri was sleeping. She placed her call to the clinic as well.

Kallie continued to hold onto Katelyn's hand even though she dozed she knew Jen would be here fairly soon.

Keri awakens to a change in the beeping pattern of Katelyn's heart monitor. She notices that the other two women are still asleep so she stays motionless not wanting to wake them. Just watching the monitor as Katelyn's heart beat slows a bit. She closes her eyes for a moment and falls back asleep, hoping to be awake when Jen arrives, yet she isn't.

Katelyn's mind starts to battle against her body as she struggles to decide if she wishes to live or not.

Juli awoke to the blips of Katelyn's machine and shook Kallie awake.

Kallie woke up with a bit of a start. "Katelyn don't let Krystall win you need to come back to us."

Keri sleeps a bit fitfully, jumping at every sound. Her body feeling like she has been run over by a truck as she tries to roll over off of her back. She whimpers a bit but doesn't wake up.

Katelyn continues to struggle as morning wears on, towards 9:00 she settles down a bit.

Juli held onto Keri tight. "Easy love."

Kallie continued to talk to Katelyn.

Jen came into the room and saw all four of them. "Hi guys."

Keri presses tighter against Juli now that she is on her side. She snuggles close, still sleeping soundly, her body in a bit of shock from all that has happened.

Katelyn remains steady for the next moment or so.

 

[JenJ]

Juli woke up and gave Jen a little wave. "Hiya again Jen."

Kallie waved Jen over. "Lil sis good to see you."

Jen walked over and gave Kallie a hug feeling a touch out of place.

Keri jumps at the sound of Juli's voice. She groans as she rolls over, part of the sheet pulling off her body as she does. She gasps and pulls it back up. "hi" she says a bit shyly.

Jen smiled. "You must be Keri."

Kallie squeezed Katelyn's hand again.

 

[DustyWolfe]

Keri blushes a bit and holds a hand out over Katelyn "Yes, pleased to meet you." After shaking hands she pulls the cover up higher and looks to Juli "umm.. can I have clothes now please or am I not allowed that just yet?"

Katelyn starts to struggle, her heart beat fluctuating a bit more.

 

[JenJ]

Juli smiled. "Let me get you something loose and comfy." Juli climbed out of the bed returning with some scrubs.

Kallie squeezed Katelyn's hand. "Katelyn come back to us."

Jen just stood back watching for the moment.

Keri blushes a bit and watches Juli. She tries to get out of bed but it pulls on the stitches and she starts to get frustrated and very flustered. She gives up "Just give me the pants, my breasts are my best asset anyways... Aside from my ass of course" she says with a smile.

Katelyn gasps and and squeezes Kallie's hand back tightly, whimpering "help"

Juli helped Keri with the pants. "They both are love." She stilled hearing Katelyn mutter help.

Kallie squeezed Katelyn hand again. "Katelyn your safe we want you to come back to us."

Jen stayed quiet still for the moment not really being needed.

Keri gasps as her waist bends a bit and she struggles for a moment, turning her head to look at Katelyn.

Katelyn's heart slows and then stops, the machine flatlines.

Keri gasps and buries her face in Juli's chest, she starts to cry as doctors start to run in.

 

[JenJ]

Juli watched Katelyn's monitor and held Keri tightly. "Katelyn come back to us."


Kallie started to sob as she squeezed Katelyn's hand. "Katie no oh god no I can't lose someone else I love."

Jen walked up then. "Katelyn come back people need you."

 

[DustyWolfe]

Keri clings to Juli tightly, crying hard for a moment then turns her head "Katelyn damnit! Fight for your life, I won't let you leave me like this."

Katelyn's heartbeat is sporadic as the doctors work on her, her body limp and lifeless, her face like that of a ghost.

Juli just held onto Keri tightly.

Kallie sobbed and clung to Katelyn's hand. "Katelyn fight for yourself."

Jen ran her fingers over Katelyn's hair softly. "Katelyn fight."

 

[DustyWolfe]

Keri tries to pull away from Juli, ready to go after Krystall now more than ever.

Katelyn starts fighting, her heart coming back slowly as meds were fed into her, just as she was about to be shocked. She gasps for breath.

 

[JenJ]

Juli held onto Keri tightly not letting go. She watched as Katelyn gasped for breath. "that's it Katie fight."

Kallie squeezed Katelyn's hand. "Fight Katie fight."


Jen continued to sooth Katelyn's hair. "Yes fight."
