On XenForo you can't delete conversations. You can check the box and select "leave conversation" and you will not get any further messages. There should not be a limit on the number of messages, so the old ones will work their way down to the bottom if you leave those convos.

Please try and remember that sometimes these things take time to work out the bugs. Some things will take longer than others to fix. I still cannot log in with my phone, but I understand there will be lots of little issues to work out.

I get what you’re saying Sassy and I can be patient but I echo what JJ wonders. Please, at least an admin message saying, we realize there is a problem and we’re working on it. My AV changes between three different photos for no apparent reason. I don’t mess with it anymore.

Certainly enough add-ons to fix the problems, you can see that others clearly have similar issues with the software. If you scroll through you can find the ones that meet the task. Most are $25-$50 per website. If the place is short of cash to get what is needed to fix it all then set up a crowdfunder and we will have a whip around to get it. The standalone seems to have more updates than a MS install.
Do the more tech minded have a list of these that will solve/mitigate/control the issues? We might as well start user identifying the fixes as we have all thrown in the problems.

I get that you are both irritated. But I am sure they are being bombarded with messages. I don't want to sound cold. But I am sure that Avatars is probably not at the top of the lists of fixes. There are a lot of people still locked out.

I do feel bad for those who are locked out, though.
Not hearing from them is another concern of mine. At the beginning, Manu was posting here acknowledging the problems we were experiencing. It's been days since he posted in this thread. It would have been nice if he took a minute out of his busy schedule to let us know that he hears us and they're working on the problems.. especially the AV issue. Him being silent makes me wonder if he is still reading this thread... or did he just say, fuck it, we'll get around to it whenever... just like the old forum.
I hope I'm wrong about this because it really is a nice forum. Much nicer than the last one.

The old software was very out of date, and hard to upgrade. Not impossible, but they have used that same software for quite a long time. The BBS that my husband and I had, used the same forum software and even then, it was going out of date. Support is harder to get when you have software that is so out of date. When I look at your post, I see the fake dick pic. If I click on it and open your profile, I see the glasses pic but it shows your recent posts below that with the fake dick pic.
Right after the forums changed over, I somehow managed to change my AV from the cartoon crash-test dummy to this old pic from San Diego. I've tried repeatedly to change it to something else but can't.
The issue with my old AV was that it got cropped too tightly to recognize what it was. So, I've got this ridiculous "thirsty" pic now, but in any forum where I have posted recently, the smaller icon still shows the tightly cropped crash-test dummy head. I've seen several threads where posters have said this is a known issue and they're working on it.

For the last 4-5 days, I have been having issues with punctuation marks. They only happen in Lit. It happens on all my devices (phone, tablet, and laptop). Almost every time I use a punctuation mark, it deletes the letter before the punctuation mark. I can correct the error, but it’s pretty frustrating. I was wondering if anyone else has experienced this.
If, for exampl, I was to make a lis, it might look something like this. I could tell you (or anyone els) that I am having problems with commas, question marks, and parenthese. As you can se, it seems to occur randomly. I have not corrected any of the times that has happened in this paragraph.

I've done a complete shutdown on all the devices, which I know I should have done before posting here, but it was just so weird that I wondered if anyone else had experienced it. Seems to be better on the laptop now. I'll try the other two devices next. Fingers crossed.

I haven't had that issue. Mine involves not closing out the browser window on my phone. If I don't refresh after a few hours, the page just comes back blank when I finally do refresh. Closing out the window and opening another solves it. But I didn't have this problem before.

You should be able to, but the space may prevent your picture from displaying properly. Click your name at the top right corner to open your profile, select "Signature" and once you're editing that block, click the icon to insert an image. Just did that for mine, so let's see...

To delete any — check the box and "leave conversation"... which deletes only the selected message.

Alright. NOT "alright" — my AV has gone wonky!
The other day, I made new AVs for Xerxes82 and Wild_Honey_66 , which were sized and centered for the new format. I tried the origami raven (Xerxes82) on my own... it did not seem to stick. So I figured that was that.
Today, I went to my profile, trying to find some old threads and there was the raven ????
Tried to go back to mu cocktar and THAT would not stick. At this poit it looks like I'm stuck with generic "T" or someone else's Raven.
Tried again...and it worked.
Perhaps there is work being done as I type/whine.
