Hi to all the LDRs, old and new!

I have been catching up with the thread, and would like to say hi and welcome to all the new posters. We are a very supportive and lively group. I hope things are going well for everyone.

I also extend my heartfelt sympathy to all who are hurting. I am an example of the saying that there is light at the end of the tunnel.

My first LDR ended badly after three years.

I was down and depressed and then a certain Scotsman came into my life and blotted out all all pain and heartache. And I was not even looking for a relationship. All I wanted to do was heal my broken heart. And the last thing I wanted was another LDR! However, my heart had other plans.

Now, I REALLY know what love is, AND in 66 days I will be flying to the UK to be with my love for two whole weeks. I am gonna hop that plane and see my Bluespoke, my knight in shining armor.

I love you Bluespoke <and that scamp tavish too!>
