a synopsis
Friday night was hell on earth, literally. I haven't cried like that since dad died.
Saturday was hecka busy, I think we did that to make me not all sniffly about Friday night.
Sunday was quiet and nice.
Everyone keep your fingers crossed for work...I NEED IT.
Today I am starting a little project here at the house, Louise, come help me finish it, you are very good at such things.
OH...and I hope your dude won yesterday, I think there was a race yesterday, right?

It is raining buckets here and my youngest is home from school sick as can be. Poor thing. I think nothing is worse than a sick child. Got the ginger ale and a crakcers on stand by.
BUT...that means I didn't over-eat!

It rained buckets here too yesterday, and today it was hard to find a cloud in the sky. What a difference a day makes! And we have frost warnings for the morning. It's no wonder everyone I know is getting the flu!!!
But he is feeling a little better. He is well enough to be picking on his brother. LOL
Nor, I missed out on the covered dish thing yesterday.
Even though I'm not a Gordon fan, it was good to see him win again. Now....if one of his teammates could just win, *I'D* go a standing ovation....and cartwheels....and probably scare the cats yelling with joy!

He was off again today but only to recoup. Poor thing hadn't eaten anything in 2 days and still doesn't have much of an appetite.

What's on your agenda for the weekend? The Hubby has a Home Builders Show this weekend, so I will have some extra peace n quiet and I hope to get some things done around the house. Sunday, he is insisting I go with him. It won't be all that bad tho, they usually have some cool freebies at this event....and some nice door prizes. Plus it's help at a motel that has a bar!
what could be better than a show that's going to display the latest tools and gadgets for home projects with a bar to celebrate the decision on what the next project is going to be!
