Word on the St. has it that a ship carrying tires from Columbia is pulling into port on Friday night and there is loads of coke ready to hit the streets but Gotti wants someone to unload it before sunrise.

The cops are on the pay off but the shift changes at 5:00 AM so that means 3 people have to be there when it pulls up to the dock.
