So did I at the time - but lets not keep talking about it, we don't want nostress crying in some corner because we keep reminding him of his mistakes :)

and if things continue on down the path I am now travelling - I just may get a second chance at that

How presumptuous of me, a second chance may not ever be on offer.

I take it from that things are not running to smoothly at home right now, hopefully it will all sort its self out soon

everything ok bertrande?
nope things are shit.

Manipulative ex wives who use kids as bait should be shot. It's enough to send anyone crazy. I am finding it really hard to sit back and watch bair (who has moved out at this stage to room in armed forces accommodation) suffering because of his relationship with me, because that is the manipulation point - 'have a relationship with her and you don't have one with your kids'.

The poor guy has been driven to the depths of despair and is trying to decide what to do. He is torn to the point of questionning his feelings for me.

We both gave up so much to be together (including you trev - that was a regret) and now she has turned it to shit.

Other than that life is just peachy

I'm not going to pull any punches here......

I think any one who uses the kids & makes them suffer is lower than scum. The kids should be the ones who have all the thoughts in their favor NOT either of the parents.in these break ups it's the bloody kids who suffer most & when one of the parents plays control games it just shows why they deserve to be the EX.

Next it's BAIR turn the legal system has laws that can be enforced to stop the EX making these ridiculious problems so get off your ass & show her it is your right to see & have access to your kids without her bullshit stipulations of you being alone without a lady in your life.

BERTRANDE at our time of life we all have a past & sometimes it does make things complicated but we just need to sort the wheat from the chaff to make our lives the best we can.

Thanks Gil, I knew I would find understanding here. I am doing what I can to make the best of things but it isn't easy. I have put some things into play that will hopefully allow me to concentrate on getting my life to the point that I want it to be. Simple things like seeing a counselor and slowing down a bit. So hopefully things will start to turn themselves around soon. And as for Bair I just have to let him do what he thinks is best for him. I can't make decisions for him, but waiting is hard.

Not yet he can't see clearly enough to think straight. Plus he is battling some other problems which are clouding the issue.

Trev I am sorry this was really tactless of me. Am a bit sick of the mental torture and tried to be flirty old me, but it comes across a bit flat.

Any way if was gonna beg for a second chance it would be by pm ;)

You might consider having a chat with MrHappy about places to go that are Bike friendly...he also does a fair bit of that sort of thing....and may have some good suggestions for you for other events that you may plan to run like this....
