I walk slowly to the centre of the stage swaying gently to the smooth rhythm of the music as the spotlight follows. I take the pole in my hand and kneal repeatedly holding the pole before swinging around it twice. I dance by the pole removing my tie and then throw it into the audiece as I do the splits.

Whilst down I slowly unbutton my blouse revealing my cotton 34b white cotton bra. I quickly open the blouse and stretch out my arms sliding it over my shoulders until it slips away, removing my arms from the sleeves.

I stand up, dragging the blouse behind me I sway to the pole, dropping the blouse as I dance once more up and down the pole, sliding it inbetween my bra and against my crotch. Then I let the gymslip slip and holding the pole at arms length to kick the slip into the audience. I begin to sway looking at the audience with a sexy glare.

I continue to dance by the pole, swinging around it and then climb it with my thighs tight against it and turn to hang upside down holding on with one hand. Then I slowly slide to the base and sit with both legs on either side of the pole as I face the audience, reaching behind me to unclip the bra.

I hold the bra against my breasts and release it slowly, throwing it out into the audience as I stand and spin around the pole at arms length, before sliding to the base, thighs apart, facing the audience.
