The Plan

TranceAnGeL01 : Keri already posted that. I'm just quoting it below. With some of my own formatting added.

OK, this is really the last opportunity for people to object......if anyone has any problems with the plans, I'd like to know by Sunday.

THE PLAN:

~ Meet in the lobby of the hotel (which I believe will be the Courtyard near the Mall of America, but I'm still looking) at 6:30 . We'll probably stick around the lobby until 7 or 7:15 to make sure that everyone can find us.

~ Order pizza and eat up in the room before going swimming (yeah, yeah, I know, no swimming after eating......but we're a bunch of rule-breakers )

~ Go upstairs, get changed and dry (we'll have to figure out something with bathrooms, maybe split up and have some people change downstairs)

~ Conversation, games, etc. etc.

Anyone coming after we are going to be gone from the lobby (ie: 7:00 - 7:15) should PM me for my cell number so that they know which room we have.

Also, I am in need of someone who can reserve the hotel room. We will all reimburse you, don't worry......mostly, I need someone who won't get in trouble if a hotel room is on their credit card......someone who isn't married and doesn't have parents that manage their credit card, perhaps I'd sort of prefer that it be someone I've met before, someone that's been to one of the getogethers, so I know for sure that when you say you'll come you actually will come. Please let me know if you can do that for us.....we really need to make reservations soon

OK, so those are the plans.......any additions, suggestions, or problems?

well it does help... but for me to make it at 7 and 7:15 would be crazy.... because i get off from work around that time... so if you guys can wait until later(7:30)... that would help out very much... sorry about all of this... but it just hard to make at the time you all set...

Alas

I'm afraid I'm not going to be able to make it this Saturday. The other event I'm involved in likely won't be over until 8:00, maybe later. (I finally got time confirmations from people. Yay, communication ) After which, since I'm one of the coordinators, there will be clean up and all that. And at 9:00, I'm not really up to driving down to the Cities for a couple hours. So... maybe next time? If I'm still around by then...
