Yes, the DOMS effect. Good idea letting your muscles rest and recover. Hope you get all of your errands taken care of today. Nice to hear you heard from Bug. Hope all is going well for him.

Thanks for your concerns: no it's not too bad. Luckily both cars are silver so it doesn't show up too much - it looks worse when the light's reflecting at a certain angle.

ty: nothing planned except a quiet night in front of the TV - too many programmes clash, so DVD Recorder AND VCR in use, while watching a third channel.

At least all these recordings will give me something to do during the World Cup and the Olympics (*), as well

(*) we don't want them, don't need them, can't afford them; I blame Ego-Man Bliar

Quiet evenings and nights are just great. I hear you about what some of our electected officials do. Especially when it isn't their money they are spending.

Well I did go down and do a little rehab but told them what I could handle LOL and it worked fined
Been a glorious day with no wind and 75....I will prbly watch more BB playoffs tonite and read....

Not a bad day here, much cooler, but sunny. Not sure what I'm doing this evening. It will probably include reading and playing a netflix video I got.

They are saying rain and it is dry ...talking the next few days....so far my team is doing well.....got a couple of favs LOL
Making a burger and salad for supper tonite....

Well.. Bug is down with a nasty cold and a bad cough,, had to see a doc who took even blood tests for a orneyr cough and then prescribed more meds than I've ever seen.. Jeez!!. have taken a pic of the whole drug store on my desk.
And one of those pills is to fight any allergies I might get from taking the others. !!!!!!!!
Anyway.. appear to be getting better and being finally tended back to health.. luckily could stay at home on Saturday as they had the electrical system down to work on it... and now that I have a beautiful lil bird in my nest, the rest was even more enjoyable with finding my pillow was a nice young breast..
Sipping the hot coffee and all the hot soup left in the Kitchen..
and leaving hugs and kisses for Momma, Kayte, Cipha, Huny and GC..
Will be on vacation from 28th and so not sure how often I can check in.. but will think of u gals as usuall.. muaaaaah

Oh poor Bug...but that's just the way I felt after the heart attack I have about 9 to take each morn and always hope they know what to do
But I'm sure now that you have that sweet little bird in the nest your going to get well pretty fast

No sun here today either. At least all of the nasty weather has gone through and it is just cloudy, rainy and very windy.

Sounds like a peaceful and enjoyable day.

I just sorted out and corrected what was causing the interference in my radio's signal. Now listening without that annoying static.

I know, not an exciting day for me either.

So very true about the static there.

I was adjusting my sig line and now I lost the link to my stories. It is complaining there is too much text in it. I removed some and it is still unhappy. Lit may be having a bad day so I guess I will try to put that back as a link some other time.

I do like the link where one can watch the eaglet being fed.

Just watching the first game...really close....got my nails done ...got a new polish called Lollpop...rather pretty ...now I need to vacumn up the bird feathers again and hate to vacumn so hard on the back.....guess I don't read too many stories
