No very gloomy and windy and rained hard this morn....did rehab and played and went to tea at the nursing home

Glad to hear you are still doing the rehab as well as all of the other things you do.

Went to the gym myself this morning. The workout was good. My shoulders are a tad achey. Maybe the Lateral Pulldown weight was a tad much...

Well better enjoy today ...tomorrow the winds are supposed to be really strong so I will go to the library after bingo and stock up on books again...I read too fast lol...

I understand stocking up on books in case of weather. I do that quite a bit over the winter.
Please take care when you go out in the high winds.

Nodding at your comments about the residents taking bingo seriously. I remember back in the day when I worked in a nursing home. How Ed Sullivan on Sunday night was sacrosanct and woe be to anyone who interferred with that.

Just a quick hello. Im in Texas and at a hotel for the night. On my way to see Holly and my sons, her first birthday is Saturday. Alot going on, Im having health issues, nothing major..I hope. I need an MRI. David isnt with me, he's swamped. His dad had a difficult night last night and a machine broke down putting him behind at work. Ill be gone til the 11th, decided to stay til after Mothers Day. Im exhausted, in pain and tired as hell and I miss him like crazy. He got me this awesome room with a jacuzzi in it, helped my back a bit but not much. Ive been on Norco for almost 5 weeks and cannot go back to work til the dr okays it. I hope you all are well. Ill be in NM tomorrow evening, cant wait to see my babies.

Well it's always a bit better when I go it's the next day LOL....it got to about 65 here...but tomorrow very windy again

I see Momma’s fingers are now polished lollipops.. mmmm. Sounds suckable.;.
Hi Kayte.. I’m gonna make you the weatherwoman of this forum… or at least the kitchen.,. dayumm lady.,. why do u need the sun when all ya gotta do is smile or flash a giggling grin.. .. or better.. beam those flashy spankable moons..
Hi Huny.. hope ur back is back in condition soon.. hope that Jacuzzi made it a lot better.. and I hope you have a terrific time with the babies..
Looks like Cipha is busy with her groceries and GC with her goats..
As for me, got my visa done in a day.. did a bit of duty free shopping.. lotsa chocs, ciggies and booze, a few toys, lol..
Dubai is always a shopping paradise.. flights were tightlyu connected just the way I liked it.. no long layovers this time.. Tumen-Moscow-Dubai-Mumbai.. where I broke journey to renew my visa.. but no flights out of Bombay till Sunday.. which is tmrw, as they’re all full (must be the damn May Day functions… ) .. not that I have anything or anyone left to rush back to.. more like wanting to rush back to my new love who is not ironically touring Chicago.. and were it not for my visa renewal, would have been with her.. well, will make sure we are tour together from now..
Reclaiming a life I had given up on, having found a reason to live and love..
Not sure how well and frequently I will be online, but when I can, will always drop into the kitchen to warm up with steaming coffee from my steamy girls..

I got my "drugs" delivered. FedEx Priority. What a production it is now. Oh well the insurance company says it saves them money. Even with Saturday delivery.

That's always nice to know...now just pray this stupid wind away ...geesh it's horrible...did bingo this morn...then my grandson called and asked me over so I went and played operation with his 6 yr old ....the wind blew my bird feeder down and cracked it all up
It wasnt very warm here either...and I'm in for the rest of the day
