Im sorry that someone ruined this for you. Been there mysellf. Well we have furniture but still no water and electricity til after Monday. We did go " christen " our bedroom though.LOL

My son had some photographs put into a magazine without his consent, so his attitude was "give me £500, or I'll see you in Court". The cheque came by return

There was a big thread about copyrighted photographs on a travel forum I belong to - despite appearances to the contrary, it's not really an easy subject to comprehend, especially when there are so many different territories throughout the world with different rules between them, (and even within them)

Exactly - the law firm where I used to work had a thriving "intellectual property" practice, safeguarding the image rights, etc. of corporate clients. No names, of course, but when you see world-famous brand names pushed out at ludicrous prices, you just know...........

thank you; they live some 60-70 miles away. and the first, and so far only, visit was at 35 hours, (for photos, of course). Hope to go again soon, possibly later this week. As always, the level of detail is unbelievable - finger nails, and so on!

And just to prove the difficulties of copyright, there's just been a piece on Breakfast TV about Sherlock Holmes, and a new book.

The character is OUT of copyright in the UK, but NOT in the US. It's either 50 or 75 years after the death of the author here, I think, but haven't checked.

Got up early and went to the stores before the wind started it's rather chilly today too ...just getting things done around here...filled bird feeders etc..going to do some cleaning....tomorrow things will seem like they are back to normal

The temperature dropped here, but it isnt chilly. I was doing things like that, picked up scripts at the drug store, nothing special. Yes it will be back to "normal" whatever that is.

Well folks, I had my nerve test this morning. First of all, it hurt like hell! I have chronic right C6 ( and or C7 ) radiculopathy. Ill need another MRI , seems I moved during the last one. Well damn, it hurt to lie still flat on my back with pillows under me. Anyhow, thats my update. When I got home, I was in agony but at least Im getting answers! My wedding bouquet and invitations are coming along nicely. I think I mentioned Im doing them myself. Ive been planning weddings for yrs and its so much fun doing my own. Ive never been happier. Hope all is well!!

Went to rehab this morn that went well will go once a week
And bingo went fine they were glad to have me back and I was glad to be there.....
