Oh I'm not quite as perky lately..took 3 hr nap today and didn't do a dammed thing lol

I went to the spa today, and then cleaned my condo..other than that, just a slow day.

I have days like that too momma, where i wake up, shower, and then lay about all day..my back bothers me some days..

I know about the darned backs too...well the Dr wasn't too concerned...it's fluid from the heart and guess what doesn't help
