Other comics I'm thinking about getting: Bones, Cerebus, Maus, Sandman, Hellboy, V for Vendetta and anything else I hear is good.

As a geek or nerd or whatever, I could never get into comics. I have tried many different comics and they just don't do it for me. So I guess that is why I will watch an Anime show without looking at any of the Manga and sometimes be like 'WTF?' is going on.

Also, since I did not get in on this thread earlier i think the only good SF show is Battlestar. It is soooo goood
