Fixed 'em.Sorry forgot all about it.

I do, too, though Raw, I'm sure, is hoping the opposite: If N'Awlins wins, he'll move into a tie for 1st this week with shewolf, and they'll go to the tiebreaker based on tonight's score, since everyone picked Philly for Tuesday night's game. This is very true:
There is the long history of failure with this franchise, a disappointment built into its DNA. It was only last year the Falcons, born in 1966, completed their first back-to-back winning campaigns. How do you give your heart fully to a serial heartbreaker?
BUT... I hope they rock the Dome tonight.![]()

Didit.<snip>
Random me up, please. Cos I'd just pick randomly anyways.![]()
Man, I forgot again.
But then, the only sport registering on my radar during the Christmas season is the Boxing Day test. (woe. woewoewoe. Australia couldn't beat my local under 12s side at the moment!)
Y'all still play during the holidays? That's cruel and unusual.

Good idea. I'll try to keep that in my ever-more-feeble mind.I'm in before I forget again. Last week. I don't think anyone can catch SW.
Maybe next year you can come up with a catchy title.MasterPhoenix memorial Nfl pick em pool of 2011 or something.![]()
Going to try something different here and use weighted picks for the playoffs: Players must assign weight values to each of their picks showing their 'confidence' in the pick, higher weights meaning more confident. Since there are 4 games this week, the player assigns each pick a weight from 4 to 1, 4 being most confident. The weight is multiplied by the points earned for that game, so if your number 4 (the one you're most confident about) wins, you get 8 points (2 for the win x 4); if your 3 wins, you get 6 points, etc.Do the playoff games count more than regular season games?
Not always... but any time you're in the right part of the world, I think we could find a wooden spoon or three (or paddles, floggers, crops, canes, etc.) to oblige you....Now, in American tipping competions, does last place get a wooden spoon as the prize?
*bends over*

Unfortunately, making that change means that those who already picked for this week will have to go back and re-pick, entering their confidence value. Sorry I didn't get around to doing this quickly enough that you'd not have to do that.
Each weight value only once each. When you go to the picks page, just above the area where you make your picks, it shows the values still available to you.I have never done a pool using weights in the playoffs. I have a question or just to make sure I understand....Can you only use the weight numbers 4,3,2 or 1 only once? Or can you assign two different games the weight of 4?
Thanks
Ecstaticsub is the only one left that has to make picks.
Sorry - that's not a parameter I have the ability to modify as admin. I too would have preferred to give two of the games a 4 rating... but I guess being able to do that would create a bit of a scoring nightmare.I just did my picks. I really don't like that I could only use each confidence score once![]()
Seattle, really?
Jets, really?
This is not going to end well.
