Thank you, D2. Due to Thanksgiving week also being an invoice week, I've been kinda out of it because invoices to the company I contract to were due today, rather than the usual Thursday noon, so I got distracted from the important things, like the football pool. Thanks for pickin' up my slack!

However... a quick check reveals that dropping one week would probably result in five people going down one position in the overall standings, two people going up two, and one person going up one. Is it worth it?

I've made some baffling picks, but Cincinnati loser of 7 in a row including last week against Buffalo at the Jets who along with my Birds are the best in the NFL? That only makes sense if I was picking the prettiest uniforms like KC.

shewolf for some reason didn't get her picks in before last night's game. I just sent her a PM telling her that I had posted random picks for her, which gave her a win last night, and that if she would post picks for the rest of the games, I'd adjust her "current" picks to reflect her actual choices. (Reviewing the random picks she got, looks to me like seven or so of them are very much against the combined wisdom of the pool members... lol!)

Scout.com and footballbowl.com project USF v. Southern Miss; SECsportsfan says USF v. ECU. All three say the St. Petersburg (Beef O'Brady) Bowl, which means no long road trip for the Bulls. Let's hope it amounts to a home game, lol!

The Bulls are at home against Connecticut Saturday night on ESPN2... I'm actually going to get to watch one of their games this year (w00t!) (well, part of it, anyway - going out of town for most of the day; not sure what time we'll get back.)
