Khad, even a puny guy like me can do all those once like you did, how about reps for 5 to 6 sets each...I believe the back, crunch, bench and press, but a bit puny for the curls, row, lats, and definitely not for the pecs. :D

When are you doing a measurement-taking session crysede? Do we take numbers or it's for the selected few? ;):p :D

*slides a note to Z so Crys doesn't have t hear it* thats 40 reps per set, and the curls are something i'm working on i do two sets of curls, three or four of the other ones. except the quad, that i did seven reps and then all the bearings in the machine blew out. i guess it wasn't able to handle 980 some pounds. and i donno what the hell you're talking about. there are only five or so people in my gym that can pec lat and row 250 pounds.



and Crys, i'm not image obsessed, i don't know my measurements off the top of my head, i don't have them writen down either. i have no idea what my body fat is, but it's probably not all that respectable LOL i'm not great looking rippling muscle man, i'm just big, and strong. i'm not thin, i just like lifting weights every now and then
 
you can't tell if i'm lying or not, you can assume of course, but thats you're problem

*Khad, I usually do 15 reps per set, 2 minutes break, for 5 to 6 sets. That's what I'm saying, not many people can do 250 on the pecs and lats. At least I haven't seen one that did. The most was 195. And that was for one set only. I can't do it, my max was a meager 105, and only for two sets before it burned so much. I do a lot more for triceps than I do for the biceps.*

*whispers back* oh, you said that wasn't much! LOL i do fourty per set with the things i'm good at, with curls and bench and pec i'm pretty sure i'd die if i did fourty nonstop. those a do 20. and i take a couple minutes more break between them, i guess becase with alot i do fourty lol
 
did you guys noticed that in theory, this thread (well not this, I'm talking about the real Cafe Nightshade thread) could go on for ever without anything really ever happen? Way cool... Very nihilistic... :cool:
