I thought I would have some support with the language thing. Hehe! As for your french Lauren, there are a few mistakes but it is otherwise pretty good. It is nice to see other people trying to write in a language not their own

Can you believe that there are more than 200 recognized languages and if you include dialects and "unofficial" languages, the number reaches over a thousand?

I Nigeria alone there are 450 different languages and dialects, and Italy has close to 17 different languages, one per region... lol

And if I offend any Italians, do keep in mind that I am half Italian myself, and so it isn't in an insulting tone that I say this... If you are still insulted, that's your problem...

I'm not going to go into the etymology of language and Latin and Greek as we could spend some time there and even get lost...
