Back to the hazing by Secret's teammates. The coach is an ass. He has a boss name the Athletic Director. You have seen a pattern of hazing, it is counter to what the Athletic Department wants from its student athletes and it is counter to what the university wants. That said, it will not be easy to break what seems to be a team culture that is supported by a moron.
PM me the name of the University and the coach. I'll tell the AD that a friend of mine is being hazed but wants to remain anonymous because the coach supports the culture.
I might even suggested that the local paper would be interested in hearing about it. But only if he is jerk.

Hey guys, sorry I was gone all day. Had gone to Philadelphia and had a blast. We had gone to the Academy of Natural Sciences, where they had an animatronic dinosaur exhibit; the Zoo, where I got to see the polar bear feeding; and the King of Prussia mall, where I had sushi and frozen yogurt, and relearned that bra buying sucks ass.
