Quest- phone company

I am livid and am most hostile at the moment. I just got off the phone with the phone company. They have screwed up the installation of my 2 phone lines from day one! It has been going on for an entire month now and they still can't get someone to come out and do a simple switch! Another hour down the toilet talking to some clerk with an IQ of a slug. I used too many "big" words that the gentleman did not understand, and he had to keep asking me what I meant. Pleasssssssssseeeeeeeeeeeee! Now do you think I can get a hold of someone in customer service to bitch at???? Of course not, they don't want you anywhere near leaving a complaint It takes a lot to really piss me off, and they have done it in spades.

Dang, I still don't feel better, but thanks for letting me bitch!
