I think Lit is an extremely healthy coping mechanism. Where else can you have a group of strangers and friends to whom you can unburden yourself without (too much) fear of judgment? i think a lot of people like you. i think youre far too hard on yourself and let the negative thoughts take over way too often. i think you would be surprised how few people are willing to tolerate you and just wont interact with you if they dont like you. my only real advice is to be yourself but share the positive and dont let the intrusive thoughts ruin your vibe.
