In the MOS school, we did Land Nav, me and two other E2s were the only junior enlisted in the 20+ person class that new Land Nav.

The only soldier that knew it was an E7 and two E5s. The Army is garbage. We learned that shit in Boot Camp, we learned it again in MCT/ITB, and you HOOAHs hadn't even heard of it.

Second I never saw the slighest bit of proof that grunts were in anyway above average at the range. Maybe they were better at non-range shit. I mean we only shot a moving targets for shits and giggles and weren't even really keeping score. We did one night shoot my entire time in and we snuck so many tracer rounds it looked like goddamn Star Wars. So maybe grunts excell at REAL shooting. But out on the range? Get the fuck out I'll take a random grunt vs a random POG all fucking day with no regrets.
