And considering the fact, that if she were involved in a car crash where she was killed and the fetus died the at-fault driver would be charged for both deaths this is doubly reinforced. When governmental overreach comes into play people will find ways to put it back in its lap.

This happening should be a wake-up call for all countries who feel safe with loosely worded laws that allow abortion. I currently am not afraid at all mu country will change the law that allows it, but things change apparently in terrifying ways sometimes. So, as long as most people agree... get it fixed into the constitution. And to all affected American women, and women in other countries that outlaw abortion. I am so sorry for you... I hope things change for you. That doesn't help you one bit... but it is the truth.

And... she was JUST turned 10 years old which means that she was NINE when she was raped at least twice.
In this country you cannot become a foster parent or an adopted parent until you are in your twenties - more than twice the age of this child. SMH

Delegates at the Idaho GOP convention approved changes to the party platform that criminalize abortions without exceptions for rape, incest or to save a mother's life.

The circumstances behind the above case as well as the reporting methods are a mess beyond measurement on all sides of the reporting sectors and the girl's home environment. This shouldn't have happened to the child but as terrible as it continues to be the incident brings a spotlight onto the importance of abortion as a life and health choice.
