I have recieved the idea about the parkway ride which if time permits would be great.
Someone sugested the Builtmore house but as you said that becomes expensive.
A shopping tirp was sugested but in asheville short of down town our shopping is limliet to most things you can get else where.

You could do name tags with our screen names.
You could make up a name for the group that sounds innocuous and have a sign posted in the hotel lobby telling everyone what room to meet in for the group "meeting".
Some of us exchanged names in Atlanta so we could just ask for specific people's rooms.
Everybody could show up with a name tag that says sex fiend or pervert.
Yeah, like wearing a piece of blue 125# nylon webbing.

Ok this is what I've found so far some sugestions may or may not have been jokes lol I didn't include the jello wrestling I'm not sure how we could pull that off lol
1..Desdemona ..shopping in downtown.. Biltmore house.. Harra's..Name tags or some way to recognize everyone.
2..kayte..Passion Party or toy party of some kind..hotel with a bar and restaruant were we will meet..festivals If any are around that weekend.

regarding a code phrase or somesuch......
i made a lil joke regarding the last gettogether, a couple ppl found it amusing....
when people asked me where i was going, i just told them i was attending a writers convention....
mostly true, anyway.... i will be glad to supply any signs our group may need....
name tags might work... but i seem to remember as how some of us go by our real names, and some are afraid to reveal their names for ummmm personal reasons.i dont understand it, but its true... some of us go by Ken and Cheryl and some of us by Nav and Bash (examples only) and some of us get so mixed up its embarrassing... last time i was thrown back and forth between Lisa and my real name.... i dont mind, but it was sure interesting. Maybe there should be a policy on that... SNs when in public or something... i dont know... i do definitely see the need for us to be able to identify ourselves out of a crowd though, be it by nametags or armbands or whatnot... we wont all get there at the same time, and its never easy to catch up...
i doubt any of this post is helpful... if any part causes more trouble for you two lovely ladies then ignore it
