I shouldn't need to remind you all but we're down to the last week. Please I very much need to know if your still planning on attending and when. the hotel needs to know how many to fix for on the buffet's I have to let them know by Thurs.

Also I forgot the State fair is in town this week do I need to tell you how quick the rooms can fill up?
