I have cooked a turkey .... But I'm not a gravy maker at thanksgiving.....and I like bread casserole instead of of all this other stuff y'all are making

I don't think you made it wrong.
Giblets are great for stock that you then use to make a nice smooth gravy.
I've heard of folks putting giblets in stuffing but I prefer sausage.

I just saw you prefer getting stuffed with sausage, then realized we are still doing Thanksgiving.

I bought this jigsaw puzzle on sale. It's supposed to be a rooster but all the pieces are the same color and none of them fit together!

The boyfriend comes over to have a look and then says
