Was one? What happened to it?There was a candy maker out here who made pepper fudge. Jalapeno, habanero, and ghost pepper. I loved the ghost pepper one -- the sugar and fats damped down the heat, so you could taste the pepper itself, which was lovely. Still hot, just not as hot.
Oh man, don’t make me want to go to Trader Joe’s…Was one? What happened to it?
Trader Joes has a Scotch bonnet and Bell pepper cheddar that's sooo good. It's not really spicy but you can taste the peppers and it so delicious.
This should clear things upAnd actually a little bit of research tells me ketchup was spelled that way by the English in 1732.
I mean, the nearest TJ’s is like 2 hours away…Go. Today. It's sooo good. You need it. Nothing is better than a glass of wine and some cheese and bread for dinner on a Friday night.

I’ll meet you halfway, I’ll stop in and grab it next time I’m over there, which is reasonably often for workYou need to move. Burn your house down and go.
Hmmmm.... that seems a bit extreme to me.... but then again, I do kind of prefer extreme...You need to move. Burn your house down and go.
I like to go down to the coast, buy a bottle of local wine, some fresh baked bread, and hit the cheeses shops. Tillamook Creamery sells some stuff out of the factory shop you can't get elsewhere, like their white cheddar aged 18-years. Incredible flavor. And about half a mile down the road is a place that makes their own brie. Grab some other cheeses there, go to the smoker in Rockaway for some smoked salmon, and you have a wonderful meal in front of the ocean.Go. Today. It's sooo good. You need it. 18 year old cheese? How dry is the cheddar? Does it crumble at your touch?I like to go down to the coast, buy a bottle of local wine, some fresh baked bread, and hit the cheeses shops. Shhhhh, you might summon him. Saying that is like saying Beetlejuice three times.I mean, I did coin the phrase cavernous cunt.
Not too dry, but there is definitely a crumble factor -- it breaks easily. A bit of granularity to it as well that you don't see in a cedar.18 year old cheese? How dry is the cheddar? Does it crumble at your touch?
I'm about to go on a 250 mile round trip for cheese.
