To cheese?And my allergy!
well, to milk. Specifically from a cow. And before people start making jokes or suggestions, no it's not lactose intolerance. It's an allergy to the protein in cow's milk.To cheese?
I have the same problem.well, to milk. Specifically from a cow. And before people start making jokes or suggestions, no it's not lactose intolerance. It's an allergy to the protein in cow's milk.
But. That shouldn't stop you from having cheesecake for breakfast
My sister and daughter have that! And they keep telling me to get tested but my issues are different than theirs. Sucks. So many things to avoid.well, to milk. Specifically from a cow. Thankfully, there are far more alternatives than there used to be! I didn't find out until I was 20, and the first 5 years were hardest on learning to navigate not only cooking for myself, but what I could and couldn't order at restaurants. Allergies present differently in everyone. Probably wouldn't hurt to get tested, or just keep doing you. It was a life changer for sure.My sister and daughter have that! I already avoided most dairy anyway. Itโs mostly bread products that affect them that I am still a bit stubborn about. I should try it and see I guess. But Iโve given up so many foods already I donโt wannaThankfully, there are far more alternatives than there used to be! Ooooh. Yea, I fucking love bread. Definitely makes me sick sometimes. But, I just go on a bread cleanse for like a month and then go right back to that yummy goodness! I cut out bread, and stayed on a very strict diet on the past 2 to 3 years......i have never felt better. I did it for an about a decade. And I did look and feel pretty good. But it was exhausting. Covid really killed my sense of commitment to too many thingsI cut out bread, and stayed on a very strict diet on the past 2 to 3 years......i have never felt better. A decade oh no. I can do a month at most at a time. I went three months once, and sure I felt great, but then Bread Week happened on GBBO and all bets were off! Dammit Paul Hollywood, always bringing me backI did it for an about a decade. And I did look and feel pretty good. But it was exhausting. Covid really killed my sense of commitment to too many things
I had no choice, going into anaphylaxis nightly/daily was well no fun and covid was easier to get through in my opinion. And brought my love of cooking and what I purchase food wise.I did it for an about a decade. And I did look and feel pretty good. But it was exhausting. It sucks when you gotta do what you gotta do.I had no choice, going into anaphylaxis nightly/daily was well no fun and covid was easier to get through in my opinion. And brought my love of cooking and what I purchase food wise.

I did a 3 month elimination diet for my autoimmune issues, really trying to find a food trigger so I could avoid immunosuppressantsโฆA decade oh no. I can do a month at most at a time. Yay! I love finding silver linings! It did at first.
Then it became, fun.
I want apples, during the fall, fun date day to go picking at an orchard. Bringing them home and turning them into an apple crisp or pie.
finding recipes to copycat places I can no longer enjoy but ingredients I can tolerate.
and my uncle next door to my parents had a garden the size big enough to feed a church. Okay so the zucchini the size of my arm was unusual but cut it up, but some spices on it and air fry well....how much more fresh can I get.
Aaaah, the elimination diet! I keep meaning to do, but I also just don't wannaI did a 3 month elimination diet for my autoimmune issues, really trying to find a food trigger so I could avoid immunosuppressantsโฆ
It was like torture sooooo many foods off limits.
I was I think equally excited and disappointed when it made no difference for me.
If anyone can.... They can... LolToday I learned that there is a player on the Cincinnati men's basketball team named Jizzle James.
That is all.
That's slightly outta where my CBT limits fall.
