Same with cookies. Mine are the radius of the back of my hand. None of this "drop by the tablespoon full" nonsense!

Yes, but that's an alternate pancake. With my peach topped pancakes I use a Satsuma orange syrup. However, regular pancakes, be it buttermilk or plain, deserve REAL maple syrup!
