Perfect!!! A few weeks ago, I had an idea for a fun little side project. I haven't done that in years so, this should be cool.

Who knew guitars were like Pringles?? F-ing eBay wasn't making my resistance to "a good deal" any easier.

In all fairness, most of my splurging was a crazy good deal that one generally can never find and I am happy that I did it.

But... that was pretty dumb. :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO:

I look at it this way, if you don't take advantage of an exceptional deal on something you know you want & will eventually buy anyway, then you're basically giving money away. You don't want to lose money on the deal, do you?

Exactly!! There was an american instrument company in bankruptcy, selling off their remaining inventory. These are legit, American made guitars. I bought one, and was astounded how really good it was... so I went back... then later that night, went back again... and... I haven't bought a bass in a few years, so went back again...

They're all here now, and really good. And they were crazy, stupid cheap. If I decide to upgrade the pickups to the type I prefer and have used for decades... I would end up spending more on the pickups, then I did on the guitar. Just... wow.
