I love body mods.

I dont think I could ever pierce my nipples. I watched my friend get hers done and it scarred me for life >.< My tummy never healed right either. I have a nasty like....bubble...of scar tissue? from where the ring went through, and also the puncture circles. Ew.

I dont think i want any other piercings tbh. I dont think septum would look right on me, ive already got my tongue so I find lip just to be too much in that area. Nose I hate on girls that wear makeup and get it all caked in there....ew....Eyebrow, I wear glasses so thats out. Clit I just wouldnt do....Ever...eep....Nipples I have no desire. *Shrug*

I did the right nipple myself and the left one was by a professional the next day. It really wasn't too bad!

Is your "bubble" like a hypertrophic scar? Or more like a keloid?

I have the nipples pierced. I actually talked on the phone while they pierced them. Actually considering getting the Vertical to go with the Horizontal.

I am wanting two tattoos done and they will probably be on my lower back. I need them covereable because of my job and they second one can be incorporated into the first one.

Thank you for linking the hypertrophic scar entry, I developed one of those on the right side of my septum and now I know what it is.

I thought it was infected when I first saw it, and freaked. Time to look for some chamomile tea.

Yeah that happened with my upper ear until I changed the type of earring I had in it. Easy fix

People often wear crap jewelry in cartilage piercings (particulary helix) without realizing it can cause problems. I cringe every time I see it!

Well the problem I had was in my upper ear the one they pierced with kept getting caught in my hair and it was just painful. So I went to spencers, bought the hoop with the cones on the ends. It made it much easier to sleep and everything with it.

Yeah, if you have long hair, CBRs or circular barbells are the way to go. I have a twister in my helix right now and it is driving me nuts, it always gets caught up, but I like the look so I'm sticking with it as long as I can. I have mostly worn CBRs in it, but I also have a couple of "cartilage jewelry" pieces - the kind that are a short barbell with a cuff on it. This one is similar but not quite the same as one of mine.

I have labret studs in all my other ear holes - 18g in the lobes and a 16g bioplast in the conch. I hate push-ins, it feels so insecure, but it hasn't ever actually fallen out!

Just put new barbells in my nipples, picked them up for $5/each, I'm happy to finally have something cool...still want more shields though. The pair I have has pokey bits so I can't wear it much!

Ive got something like this currently in my ear. Makes it difficult to sleep some nights since I sleep on my side so if its not up and off my skin the side of the cone digs in which sucks. I was debating getting the ones with just the balls on then end, just a matter of money right now.

Yeah, anything round can be tough. I had a REALLY hard time healing my conch for that reason, sleeping on it was painful. It finally got to the point where I could change it, so I put in a labret stud, and it healed right up and has been happy ever since! I have worn CBRs in it since then and it's fine, it just needed something to heal on that wouldn't bother me when I was sleeping.

If you get the balls on the end that should be much more comfortable. I believe Hot Topic also has cheap body jewelry, and maybe Claire's type stores do too?

Claires doesnt and I dont trust their damn jewelry. Everytime I put them in my normal ear piercings, their shit turns like black and infects my ears. Its disgusting.

Hot Topic and Spencers Gifts for sure has what I need. Just gotta drag myself to the mall during the holiday season....ugh!

Black and gray swallows, in tribute to my Grandparents. It's a terrible picture of them, but the only one I've had taken with them visible since they were done (I live in MI, it's winter).

The two I don't have photos of are the Robert Frost quote on the back of my neck ("And that has made all the difference." from the poem The Road Less Traveled.) and the Hello Kitty/Dear Daniel pairing I've got in the middle of my upper back.

Hopefully I can get pictures taken and up soon, because they're quite lovely if I do say so myself.
And it's a shame after possessing them all this time I still do not have photos.. :/

Way belated reply here, but I wear glasses and I still have my right eyebrow done. But my glasses are rectangular and so it's visible over the top of them.
