Lit's Marine Without Honor™ conveniently confuses the concepts of "viability" and "dependency". A small child is dependent upon an adult for his/her growth, but he/she is NOT dependent upon an adult for basic life support systems such as breathing and digestion. In that regard the toddler is viable.

A fetus, on the other hand, is both dependent and non-viable. "Viability" is established around 22-24 weeks. The courts have held that non-viable fetuses have no right of "personhood" or any other "rights" for that matter, which is why your horse-faced wife never got to claim the fetus she aborted on your tax return as a dependent.

I will NEVER vote for McCain because he is anti-choice. it's not necessarily because that's the most important thing ever, but because I cannot in good conscience support someone who does not support my right to choose what I do with my body.

and I don't give a FUCK what the most important issue is to anyone else. it's important to you because it is. the issues that are important to me are important because I motherfucking well say so.
