I can't think of any foods that trigger erotic thoughts for me, but there are definitely some scents.

My house if full of candles, most of them scented with either vanilla or peach fragrance. When I light those, the mood changes into one of sensual thoughts and longings. No matter where I am, if I pass by the aroma of a vanilla candle, my thoughts go into that mode.

I'm not sure if that's because I almost always have one lit while I am making love and I've just grown into the custom of associating the fragrance with sex or not, but that would be my guess.

I think Chocolate does... I know for years women have always craved chocolate, especially when they are pms'g. I know I do. And now it has been proven that there is something in it that soothes women...So in that aspect I think it is aphrodisiac...As far as scents I am like E, I love the smell of candles and potpourri..it definitely puts me in the mood and also helps to relax me, which in turns can make me want to have sex more, not that I need alot of prompting, lol. As far a pizza goes, I love it too, but it does nothing for the sex drive, maybe because I am not a male! lol.

As far as foods and scents? I'd have to say a little bit of perfume is great for me (Red or White Diamonds, especially). I do mean a small amount. I hate it women take a bath in perfume. Too much is definitely a turn off.

Food? Gotta be choco. for me.

Of course, the scent of a woman is in an instant turn on for me. That clean musky warm scent a woman has when she is aroused. Oh yea, does it for me everytime.

I've heard that eating choco stimulates the pleasure center in your brain (which most other foods dont do). I'm not sure how the scientist have figured this out, but there is a reason you are suppose to give choco on Valentine's day, etc.

I do know that eating it makes me feel almost like afterglow does (satiated, satisfied, and sexy)

It also adds inches to my waistline which is why my Christmas bag of Snickers is still in the fridge with only 4 or 5 missing.

They say about clams and especially oysters is that it makes a man hard supposedly. I don't know about that. I love both, but only eat them cooked (too much pollution around to enjoy them raw <sigh>)

The science behind the Viagra effect apparently has to do with the large amount of Zinc found in seafood (crustacean types)

The prostate contains more zinc than ANY other organ in either male or female body. And being low on zinc tends to dull the sex drive (and may also lead to prostate cancer - 3rd leading cause of death among men). This is why I take 40mgs of Zinc per day in my vitamins.
