A Dumpling sighting??!! In summer no less We are blessed!
I figured once she thawed out she'd be zooming all over the place.


I had the coolest thing happen yesterday. my normal PT team is on vacay this week so I got to see the floater PT who covers for when people are out. She prefers to actually dig in and massage instead of using the pastry roller on injured areas. I got my neck & the new shoulder dug out yesterday morning... by afternoon I was able to wash my hair with BOTH hands like a normal person. First time in over 2 years now

They actually use a rubber rolling pin to be able to get the knots out on a wider scale.

I did. I got to play in the Pacific Ocean

First time being in the Pacific.....it was colder than I expected lol. And we saw whales!

I saw so many animals this trip; deer, elk, bunnies, quail, a fox, whales, dolphins, sea lions, egrets, pelicans, seagulls, haws, turkey vultures.....I'm sure I'm missing some lol

My last trip out to there I learned that low tide there smells like low tide here.
and Navy Seals are just as yummy there as they are here
