Star Trek: The New Adventures

"Meanwhile, in this week's installment of Chastity Nicollette Repertory Theatre..."

First prize goes to Chas for having the best damn name I've heard in a long time. Bag of maltesers from my personal stash! (aka, the closest shop:D )

Cookie for Wolfie, too, since no-one else seems willing to be handing out the munchies today... *hands over GIANT cookie*. Not half bad picture, for someone who claims to not be an artist

I'm not sure I can readily accept these Maltesers, Screech. :: sheepish ::

See, is the criteria for my acceptance that this is my real name? Because it's actually the name of a very salacious recurring character of mine. She's lapsed into retirement again after a brief return to the light, but she really was fun to have at parties.

I myself am somewhat reclusive and scared not-quite-literally of my own shadow.

(But I do like Maltesers.)

And I agree with you on Wolfie's picture, it's quite good!

I can't draw, but I has a link to something cool.

That tee shirt would compliment my Army of Darkness tee nicely.

Gotta respect ol' Ash...he's been through a lot!

Cool t-shirt. But no. Doesn't have to be your name. It's just a cool name that you've used. Now. EAT THE MALTEASERS! :D:cattail:

*munches happily on GIANT cookie* yaaaays to Screech!

Sweet, Abraxas, I'm looking forward to it. I like where Lavinda's going so far and impressions of her too.

*half chokes and then swallows, beginning to happily munch again...* maybe I should beg more often :p

And cool T-shirt, Chasni. I was wondering if anybody could explain this while 'pre-enactment' thing to me?

One of the best webcomics ever is "Dresden Codak."

It will totally melt your brain, but it will be awesome.

And there's a character named Alina who is part of a troupe of people who "pre-enact" historical events. "Re-enacting" would be people dressed up as soldiers from The American Revolution or in your case, maybe from Ned Kelly's gang, staging stuff that's already happened. Alina and her friends make believe stuff that hasn't happened yet, stuff that's predicted from the future.

(They mention "The Second Moon War," for instance.)

I guess that's what Jamie McCrimmon's doing, as a nod to Alina and "Dresden Codak." (I just needed an excuse for him to be wearing that outfit.)

Ahhh, I took a look at the site and it sounds really funny :D I think you'd have to be a real fantasy fan to get all of it though.

Speaking of comics, there's actually a really cool one I've been following for some time. Along the same lines but pretty much takes the piss out of everything.

Its called Looking for Group. Check it out. Its good for laughs :)

Wanted to introduce ya'll to a very good friend of mine.

Les and I grew up together, and he attended the Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD) in Savannah.

A hobby he has had for as long as I can remember is crafting life-like action figures of movie and literary heroes. He has had a website up showing off his creations for a while now, and it is definitely worth looking at.

You will truly be amazed at the authenticity of these constructions. Remember each one is made by hand and took weeks, months, and in some cases years to create.

Enjoy!

Just nothing too awfully terrible I hope.

After all, we're still in space dock.

Well, we're leaving....but you know what I mean.

LOL, its up to who ever's in Engineering. I just have someone really hurt there. Someone with some more technical knowledge can provide the circumstances.

I just didn't want to go quietly screaming into the rift...
