Super Tuesday

Joe Biden is the first President to lose a primary in 44 years, since Jimmy Carter, and he lost it to a nobody named Jason Palmer from Baltimore.
Goddammit! I saw the Jason Palmer "win" last night and I feckin KNEW RightGuide was gonna bleat about that today! I meant to post that last night!

Jason Palmer is a fringe guy who campaigns for both American Samoa and Mauratinas Island primaries.

He "buried" Joe Biden in the American Samoa primary last night by a vote total of 51-40.

Closest margin of victory in an American election since Dubya won 5-4 in 2000.

Donald Trump lost Vermont. Did Joe Biden lose somewhere?
Samoa. Lost in the vote count some thing like 97 votes total. Biden, from foggy memory got about 40. His opponent did Zoom contacts and found favor with the majority. Can't recall his name - an educational technologist running in many other states - barely on anyone's radar. Had two appearances on CNN one around 1:00 AM and again this afternoon. I heard the early one and went for coffee during the second. Sorry. No further update.:coffee:

Recap - Biden lost one.

Trump will most likely win in 2024 so we will have 4 more years of laughing at trump and he will probably get impeached a few more times, so more laughs at the trumptards melting down.

LOL can you imagine how much fun it would be if Trump won,but the Democrats hold the Senate and retake the House...Trump will be a spluttering idiot for at least two years....I could almost cheer for that!!

For us its a win-win. A trump loss would be best, but a win will still be amusing.

Joe Biden is the first President to lose a primary in 44 years, since Jimmy Carter, and he lost it to a nobody named Jason Palmer from Baltimore.
Since American Samoa is a U.S. territory, it doesn’t have electoral votes in the general election — but it can still send 11 delegates to the Democratic National Convention later this year. Palmer and Biden have both each won 3 delegates.

Approximately 97 people voted in Somoa. Not a lot of political influence there. You crow big over finding a few kernels of corn out by the roost.

Palmer is not a 'nobody.' He is a candidate meeting about 16 states' qualifications to register as a Democratic contender. He has a platform and, according to him, is working on a workable southern border solution.

Read that as outshining anything Trump has at present for a running plank or platform. You know Donald, 'the mugshot guy,' the guy with outstanding court cases who is out of jail on bond?

Biden and Palmer are still in the race. Neither carry the baggage Donald does. Just noting ...

If this is what you want to believe, I suggest you buy stock in Kleenex because there's going to be a lot of tears shed after November.
True no matter who wins

Biden loses in American fucking Samoa? That's gotta mean that he's blown his chances of being re-elected. FFS.

Trump couldn't point to American Samoa on a map.
But trump could throw a paper towel roll in the general direction

He could, if he had a sharpie. 😜

Really, what else does he have to crow about? Biden is overperforming the polls and Trump, for the first time in his short but happy political career, is underperforming them.

And yes, Jimmy Carter was the last incumbent to lose any primary. Of course, since then two incumbent presidents have lost their re-election bids, one of whom was none other than Trump.

Only one incumbent President has lost, and then come back to win a second non-consecutive term.

Grover Cleveland.

Donald Trump has neither the charisma nor the political acumen of Grover Cleveland.

Not to mention, Cleveland won the popular vote when he lost (thanks to a dirty trick that cost him the Irish-American vote in New York).

Pro-Haley super PAC relaunches as ‘Haley Voters for Biden’

A super PAC that urged non-Republicans to cast primary votes for Nikki Haley is pivoting to November, urging Haley’s voters to support President Joe Biden. Starting today, Primary Pivot will become Haley Voters for Biden, and urge anyone who supported Haley in a swing state to stick with the president in November.

" rump couldn't point to American Samoa on a map. "

At least not without a Sharpie.

trump is the first 2x impeached president who also lost the popular vote twice.

And the only one busted for rape.

Joe lost an insignificant island group that isn't even a territory and doesn't have a voice in the EC.

Donny lost a state and the nation's capitol (where he owns a hotel that catered to foreign nationals).

Yah, it happens.

If that's what you meant, that is what you should have said.
Another youngling troubled with reading comprehension.

You tried to gaslight with the NATIONAL AVERAGE

While Soros might be impressed Josef Stalin would have sent you to the gulag

BSG, I think that it is too early to count Trump out now that the deciding middle has experienced a full administration of both candidates and can thusly put them on the scales of judgement and keep in mind that the more distant the memory, the easier it is to see it in the soft, warm glow of comforting nostalgia...

Having said that, I will be voting third party and thus, no matter who wins, my vote will be part of their winning calculus since it did not go to their opponent, who is truly evil in the eyes of 40% of the population.

You're clearly part of the 40% who is emotionally vested in the hatred of President Trump.

So be it.

Typical trumpet take.

You know Trump is bad, but you’re still rooting for him to win. Why?
