Off on Grandpa’s taxi run. There is some ground fog but not bad. Today is the only rain free day this week. And the only day it gets to 60. Afterwards it’s cold wet rain.

You are making a hell of a lot of progress. A cheat day or even weekend isn't a big deal once in a while.
Food is important and required for life. We're wired to eat what we like, and that makes it hard to resist everything all the time.

Love that cuisine but a challenge now that I need to avoid all forms of tomato.

PBS launched a companion show featuring Pati. It’s called La Frontera. She basically just visits the Mexican border towns. I like her style. She’s not pretentious and doesn’t focus on gourmet type dishes. More a mixture of the Tex/Mex style or regional area style.
