Heated mask sounds very interesting. Is there a brand?
The one I got was from Dr. Prepare
The one my eye doctor recommended was infused with lavender, which causes allergic reactions for me. This one has none of that nonsense - unless you put it on the mask yourself.
I got mine in early 2021 for $24.99. Their site has it for $1 more right now. (Just cost of the mask - shipping may be extra)

My mom told her doc that she is at her quota for learning new stuff so don't expect her to use mychart. If you need something....call
I always have to call b/c of how the "plan information" is available online.
They stopped mailing hardcopies years ago (decade or two??). But my employer always has the plan status as "under review" which limits what gets surfaced online.

I call, discuss - then ask them if they could please email me that section of the plan. It sometimes takes 1-2 days, but they always send me what I need. Then I have it for my appointments so the providers know what my plan covers.

Feels like the long way around the park to me, but I get what I need and that's my bottom line.

If you need to remember to take something with you put your keys with it.... I used to forget my lunch so my keys went in the fridge.....hahahaha
My keys are very familiar with the fridge!
They also get clipped to various bags, etc. depending on the need. I have some handy little carabiners for clipping them to stuff. :ROFLMAO:

Me too. I swore i would never use my bra...but I lied because I do.... handy and easy to reach in case of a mishap
Ok. I'm somewhat involved in electrical/electronics.

As a PSA, I'm going to suggest not putting phones in pockets or close to the body. It's something I refuse to do. I've intentionally set off the lithium battery packs, and after watching how fast they burn I will not put them in my pocket. I have a phone case on a belt clip.

While it is not common, phones do go off. Chest/nuts roasting on a open fire.... Not what you want any season of the year.

YouTube is full of videos. Here's a short one.

Long day. 7 hours on the road for 45 minute appointment. Blizzard conditions for 3 of those hours were not ideal. Glad to be home!

@likes2watchU
Just got home from the doctors office & out to dinner
Update: nothing to worry a lot about...inflamed gall bladder & spinal arthritis
@Rj_1954
Very relieved!! That's still more than enough to deal with, but hoping there's options for both conditions.
SO very happy it was none of the Very Scary Stuff mentioned as possibilities.

🫂 🫂 to you both!!! ❤️

I heard you shouldn't put pagers in your pocket either.
