The one I got was from Dr. PrepareHeated mask sounds very interesting. Is there a brand?
I always have to call b/c of how the "plan information" is available online. My mom told her doc that she is at her quota for learning new stuff so don't expect her to use mychart. If you need something....call
My keys are very familiar with the fridge! If you need to remember to take something with you put your keys with it.... I used to forget my lunch so my keys went in the fridge.....hahahaha
Lemme guess... your Rx is "try yoga"?Sounds like maybe tendinitis.
I am not a doctor, but I play one on TV. (And I DID stay at a Holiday Inn express last night).

Things that can both be monitored and somewhat treated. I'm glad they had a determination hun. And hopefully formulated or are formulating a treatment plan.@Oldermom935

I heard you shouldn't put pagers in your pocket either.Ok. I'm somewhat involved in electrical/electronics.
As a PSA, I'm going to suggest not putting phones in pockets or close to the body. It's something I refuse to do. I've intentionally set off the lithium battery packs, and after watching how fast they burn I will not put them in my pocket. I have a phone case on a belt clip.
While it is not common, phones do go off. Chest/nuts roasting on a open fire.... Not what you want any season of the year.
YouTube is full of videos. Here's a short one.
Long day. 7 hours on the road for 45 minute appointment. Blizzard conditions for 3 of those hours were not ideal. Glad to be home!

No surgery is required for either. Strong anti inflammatory meds for two weeks for now@Rj_1954
Very relieved!! That's still more than enough to deal with, but hoping there's options for both conditions.
SO very happy it was none of the Very Scary Stuff mentioned as possibilities.
