I don’t know the diff but supposedly the Hungarians have a special pepper that they use for paprika and prepare the paprika differently. (I am sure they all say that.)

I am working, but I will break for a little early and post the recipe. I was thinking about starting a new thread just for our recipes.

I still have some Hungarian paprika mix (and the recipe) from when I was stationed there for IFOR. Haven’t used it all up…who knows if it’s still good all these 25 yrs later

We probably do need some kind of recipe thread for us. @Photog1rl started one but it’s waaaaaay over on the PG…I’ve only seen B2 way over there so maybe something we can start here. I will say Photog1rl had a nice format for her thread. I tried to drag her over but she’s a young’n…so…

First off I am laughing at your young’n comment. I am definitely in the over 50 club.
Second, while I can not help the commute to the PG I would love to include any recipes on the thread if you’d like to have them there. I posted about a few months back saying ubis and it is still true. You are all welcome.
If you PM me a recipe then I will create a card and post it on the thread.
