Have you ever been to Europen Christmas markets Lil? I think you would absolutely love them, I could recommend at least half a dozen in Bavaria and Austria where the actual towns are like your village.

The Christmas markets in Germany were fantastic! We still have our little Christmas themed glühweine cups.

I saw a clip yesterday of Christmas markets in Romania…it was amazing. Maybe my best memory of German Christmas’ was on Christmas Day opening the windows (no matter how cold) and listening to the church bells pealing and echoing through the Taunus Mountains.

Took momma to the foot doctor…all clear on that front. Just got off the phone with her. They’ve scheduled her surgery for the day before Thanksgiving

So…it’s outpatient, but she’s already begging off and telling me to just do our own thing….ugh…I’m probably going to do that but bring her a plate…I mean…the woman has to eat…right? Well…whatcha gonna do?

Hope everyone has a great day. Woke up with a huge kink in my back and neck…sitting here on cup #2 with a heat pad…I’ve turned into my parents.

True Story -
When Likes2 was a junior in high school, she had zero interest in going to college. She looked into several Other Options... including Peace Corps because she likes doing Good Works and Being Of Service to others.

This freaked out her mom as Likes2 was to be the first little birdie out of the nest...

So mom sat Likes2 down and proceeded to hold a one-on-one seminar we shall call Bugs Around the World.

Guess who went to college

I find show shopping tough. Especially now because everyone buys shit online. Levi 514 jeans are all colored and cut differently so when you order them online, you get them and you’re disappointed and you have to return them.

I had the same problem with some wolverine work boots. There’s just no or very little stock at stores now. It’s very frustrating.

Well today was a hell of a busy day. Back-to-back meetings all day for this project that’s going live tomorrow morning. I had planned on taking the whole afternoon off (scheduled it months ago) to get a few tattoos, I did so, but it went pretty quickly, so I had a couple of meetings that I was tentative for from 3 to 4 and 4 to 5, so I took them and ended up working till 730.

This was from a kids book called the hat that my mom really loved.

He helped my Motörhead tattoo out. There was already there, and did the letters and border in white to make it pop a little bit more. That tattoo is 20 years old. And of course, I had to go to old school with the mom and the heart.

Thanks, Likes! I put them all in (one of) my wish lists! I'm pretty sure she wouldn't like the backpack one unless I wore it in front. She's very good about getting in her pouch and likes looking up at me. I can also protect her better that way.

We were shopping yesterday. Most ppl were nice and really respectful. There was one who came at her, however. She and I both pulled away. The guy got mad at me, saying he just wanted to pet her. I told him neither of us cared what HE wanted. She's a service dog and was working.
